At Cuisine & Saveurs, we are

Our meals are based both on the
finest choice of ingredients and
proper cooking techniques.

We apply high standards of quality
and freshness in selecting our

We have developed a relationship
with our purveyors and are
guaranteed only the best. We use
local ingredients whenever possible
so you can enjoy the region’s bounty.

Our pastries are all house made, we
use fine butter, farm fresh eggs and
Madagascar vanilla pods. Our
chocolate is the finest from France
and Belgium.

We use unsaturated 100% vegetable
oil or extra virgin olive oil  
and we also blend our own oil with
organic herbs or aromates to give a
unique taste to salad dressings, pasta
and other preparations.
We make our own spice mix and
after toasting we freshly grind with a
mortar and pestle before use.

We take the time to do things right, no rushing.
We season according to your taste,
using  fine sea salt, or "fleur de sel" and fresh cracked pepper.

We take the time to simmer our stocks, we make them every three days
to maintain freshness and full flavor.

We love to marinate then slow cook meats or grains for long hours, but
we apply short precise cooking time to vegetables in order to retain the
nutritious elements  needed for a healthy cuisine.

Our kitchen is our "laboratory" where we experiment, invent, and try
everything first before offering it on the menu. Our staff are self motivated
culinary art professionals who all share a passion for food and dedication
to their craft.

We hope to restore a sense of well being through our food and
bring you pleasure.
